Hello, Emberverse!
Great news! We managed to sort out the stuff with BackerKit sooner than expected, so surveys are headed to your inboxes!
Thank you so much for your patience! This is the first time I've used BackerKit, so there was a learning curve. We also have an extensive catalog, so I wanted to make sure I got everything just right. The BackerKit team was extremely helpful in guiding me to correct some details I had missed or didn't quite understand, as were my peers I asked for assistance from (thanks, Rob Multari!).
Now, if you're new to BackerKit, you do NOT have to create an account or anything like that. You just click the survey link in the email and fill it out. Simple as that! You'll be asked to answer some questions (very few) about your choices, shipping info, and you'll be able to purchase add-ons if you like.
If you purchased any add-ons DURING the campaign, get with me BEFORE you fill out your survey so I can make sure you don't get charged again or for extra shipping, and so your add-on items will be included in your order. (These should already be reflected in your survey cart, but message me just in case!)
Didn't get the survey email? Check your spam folder. And if it's not there, you can access it via lastemberreforged.backerkit.com.

Survey & Fulfillment Update

Hey everyone,
There was a slight snafu with BackerKit that has delayed me being able to send out surveys just yet. Basically, my payment to them was applied to the old campaign instead of this one, so they had to refund me so I can repay it to the proper campaign.
Before I can send out surveys, it has to be paid and they have to review the project to make sure everything's in order.
So, what that means is it's unfortunately probably going to be another couple of weeks.
The refund takes 5-10 business days, then the payment will have to process, then the review, and finally I'll be able to send out the surveys.
I apologize for the further delay and inconvenience, it was just a slight flub on both sides, but we have straightened it out and I'll get the surveys out to you as soon as I possibly can!
As you know, I have the books sitting here waiting to be shipped out. In fact, we just got two rolls of custom packing tape in the mail yesterday!
So that will be on your packages when you do receive them!
Final Hours for Celestial Falcon #2!
In the meantime, our latest campaign, the Celestial Falcon #2 Relaunch has less than 65 hours to go! It was funded in 5 HOURS! We are currently at 163% funding and very close to our first stretch goal. We also got tagged as a Project We Love! How cool is that?

This is the result of a trade. The new art team for The Last Ember did a piece for Nathan of one of his characters, and now Nathan is doing Ember in return!
